Setting up a discount for your customers to use on their whole order couldn’t be easier!
1.. Give your discount code a name - this can be anything you like and don’t worry, its not case sensitive!
2. Enter the percentage you want to give which will be taken off the whole order (postage is not included in the discount) - no need for the % sign, just the number!
3. Enter the expiry date - please make sure this is done in the correct format, 01-01-2001 will work but 01/01/2001 won’t!
4. Enter the time you want it to end - its based on a 24 hour clock so please just use numbers, e.g. 09.00 or 21.00
And that’s all there is to it (told you it was easy!) So now all you need to do is set one up and then go and tell your lovely customers all about it!

Once the code has expired it will still show in your account but customers won’t be able to use it. You can change the code whenever you like, you can give it a new name, a new percentage, a new expiry date…. as always, YOU are in control!
