Sterling silver disc stamped with names and a design stamp of your choice (heart pictured) hung on an 18″ ball chain with a silver tag that can be stamped on both sides with a date or name.
Additional tags can be added for an additional cost.
This would look great as a family necklace with the children’s names and dates of birth on additional tags.
