I have worked in the embroidery industry for 20 years.
Hand made in Somerset, all items are one off designs expertly crafted.
I use hand, free and computerised embroidery also fabric manipulation.
Preferred payment is through PayPal I will accept cheques from UK customers. I will not ship until payment is cleared.
I’m sure you will be very pleased with your purchase if not just return the item in its original condition and I will refund the full cost of the item unfortunately I will be not be able to reimburse the cost of postage.
I will post 1st class 1-2 days after payment received and will always get proof of posting, if by any chance items go astray I will not be responsible but will e mail proof of posting so you can make a claim to the Post Office.
