As my stall name suggests I make all sorts of bits and pieces, mostly custom made, so I am confident I can make things to your liking.
Should you decide to order from me your satisfaction is of most importance to me.
In the case of personalised items I will send a photo of your completed order prior to shipping in order that you can check all details are correct and see exactly what you will be receiving. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your item at this stage please let me know and I will try to correct it for you, before repeating the process until you confirm you are happy for the item to be sent to you.
Once your item arrives refunds can only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty to the point it cannot be used as intended. This does not include mistakes made in any text which should have been checked in the photos sent before hand.
For non personalised items refunds and exchanges will be accepted up to a month after receiving the item provided the item is returned in an unused condition.
Return shipping will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Postage price is declared at my UK rate. Should you wish to purchase from outside the UK please contact me and I can arrange the extra payment requirements.
