We offer a bespoke service providing clients with the opportunity to supply their own shoes for encrusting. This may be a new purchase especially for this purpose,
or a favourite pair of shoes in need of a little fairytale make over! All our shoes are 100% hand finished with crystal diamante sparkle, presenting a unique opportunity for you to commission the ultimate pair of shoes!
We also enhance childrens shoes, phone, iPod, iPad and Kindle covers.
How to Order
1. Make initial contact with us to receive your tailor-made quote and our waiting list availability.
2. If you wish to proceed with an order for Full Encrusting a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot on the waiting list.
3. If you plan on purchasing a new pair of shoes for encrusting, now isthe time for you to get shoe shopping!
4. Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your commision slot we will make contact with you and request your shoes be sent to us.
5. Once your shoes have been encrusted, we will request payment of your remaining balance
6. Once final payment has been received your shoes will be returned to you via Royal Mail or Coourier. For smaller commissions, such as Partial Encrusting, Infant Shoe Encrusting or Accessories, the waiting list does not apply and turnaround varies between 7-21
days. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your Shoes:
Prior to sending us your shoes, please ensure correct fit and preferred heel height. Fairytale Shoes will not be responsible should you discover that they are not suitable after they have undergone our Encrusting Service. We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your shoes to us.
Delivery:
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is used as standard. Proof of Postage is available upon request. Royal Mail Special Delivery and Courier Services are available at an additional charge should you be concerned about the handling of your package once it has left us.
Returns:
All our services and products are sold on a ‘Made-to-Order’ basis, therefore we are unable to offer a refund based on items being unsuitable. A refund or exchange will be offered in the event of a damaged or faulty product being received, although this will not include wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.
