Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. A refund will only be issued upon the receipt of the returned goods. Returns postage is paid by the buyer unless the goods received were faulty. No returns or refunds will be given on bespoke/personalised goods as due to the unique nature of the goods, it would not be possible to re-sell the item.
