The charms can be either a heart or a circle. The hearts can either fit a date OR a name up to 7 characters so if you need a longer name, then you would have to have a circle.
Each charm is attached to the bracelet with a silver plated charm carrier and is finished with a swarovski crystal birthstone of your choice.
In the notes to seller during checkout please include the shape of charm you would like (circle or heart), the text to be stamped on each charm, and which crystal you would like on
