Personalised plaque with hanging hearts

Personalised plaque with up to 4 hanging hearts. This plaque was made to order for a neighbour’s birthday present - I hope she liked it! The colour scheme and text were all chosen by my lovely customer to create a unique personalised gift for her friend.

The plaque size is 8″ x 4″. Create your own unique plaque by selecting your preferred colour scheme, chosing your own personalised text for the plaque and the hearts. Up to a maximum of 4 hanging hearts can be attached to the plaque, but further hearts can also be added for a small additional cost.
