This particular design was made especially for my lovely Step Mum as a unique gift for Mother’s Day. She loves her grandchildren, but is way too cool to be called Grandma!
The plaque is made from MDF and has been handpainted. This example shows a pink colour scheme with flowers, buttons, a butterfly and a smaller MDF heart as decorations. Other colour schemes are also available upon request. The text on the plaque can also be fully customised.
