This skirt is made to sit on the hip, slightly below the belly button. It’s elasticated at the waist so that you can just pull it on with ease. Made from a vintage toned dusky purple needlecord with tulip design ribbon trim around the hem - just perfect for these bright spring days that still have a bit of a nip to them.
