It is made using a pretty vintage style fabrics in various colours It has a satin ribbon hanger and a red satin ribbon handmade rosebud where the ribbon attaches to the heart. Hanging from the heart is a wooden heart with a colour co ordinated shimmer coating and a silver heart charm.
