The plaque size is 8″ x 4″. Create your own unique gift by selecting your preferred colour scheme, choosing your own personalised text for the plaque and the names to be added to the hanging hearts. Up to a maximum of 4 hanging hearts can be attached to the plaque, but further hearts can also be added for a small additional cost.
The product is made from an MDF plaque which has been hand painted with a light green colour scheme, 5cm hanging hearts, daisies, a small 3cm heart, buttons, MDF butterflies and string.
