Felt Elf Hats

A pack of 10 fabulous felt Elf Hats! Each hat measures approx 1cmx2cm. Small but packed with festive cuteness!
Crowns on each hat will be random and varied in each pack, however, as I cut to order if you have a particular colour/s you would like then let me know! They are made with premium 40% wool blend felt. The curls are delicate to cut, as such, I use iron felt to give them lots of additional strength. As such there is a sheen on the back of each hat!
