Should you decide to terminate your rental agreement then any fees you have paid are non refundable.

The Supermums Craft Fair is in no way responsible for payments made from the buyer to the seller.  All transactions are completed between the two parties.  The Supermums Craft Fair does not have any part in this and as such is not liable.  If in the unlikely event that goods are not received, the buyer has 45 days from the date of the transaction to raise a dispute via PayPal.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
